In 1847, Cartier was founded by Louis-Francois Cartier specializing in the manufacture of breath taking Jewellery which adorned the Rulers, Kings and Queens of the world, in 1902 the Prince of Wales pronounced Cartier “Jeweller of Kings for King of Jewellers”.
